Change of mind

Flinch Collectibles does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of their orders, however refunds will only be issued as store credit. Card refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. All store credit will be applied in Australian dollars (AUD) and valid for use on future purchases through our online store.

Preorders and order limits

Certain products may be subject to purchase limits (e.g., “one per customer”). These limits are clearly stated on individual product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand all terms and limits before finalising a purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Abide by any stated purchase limits; and
  • Accept all conditions outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

Orders that exceed the stated purchase limit will be automatically cancelled in full, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This fee covers non-refundable transaction and platform processing costs incurred by Flinch Collectibles at the time of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@flinchcollectibles.com.au within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and your order number. We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit.
