Shipping destinations

Flinch Collectibles currently ships within Australia.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is a flat A$15 per order Australia-wide.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Victorian public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 3–11 business days from order placement. This estimate includes our handling time and the carrier’s transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, public holidays, peak periods, severe weather or carrier delays outside our control.

Preorders

Preorder release and dispatch information is stated on the relevant product page and may change if a supplier or publisher changes the release schedule. Products sold as preorders will not dispatch before they become available.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available from Flinch Coffee & Play, 560 High Street, Thornbury VIC 3071. Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.

Delivery problems

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or has another delivery problem, please contact info@flinchcollectibles.com.au with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. Remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect products are explained in our Return and Refund Policy and do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
